    Companionship Services

    We provide companion services which include, but are not limited to: watching television together, playing card games, reading together, engaging in healthy social interactions, accompanying to social events, medical appointments, and other community activities.

    Personal Care

    We provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living, also known as ADLs, such as feeding, toileting, bathing, grooming, hygiene, as well as with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living, or IADLs, such as managing finances, shopping, meal preparation, light housework, and other maintenance activities.

    Respite

    When a family member who provides care for you needs some time off, we come in and help to ensure that you remain safe, well, and healthy in the comfort of your home. Our caregivers are very flexible and will provide only the best care possible.

    Medicaid Waivers

    If you are eligible to receive home-based care under the Medicaid Waiver program, we are happy to assist you with obtaining authorization for the service hours that you need. We have certified Personal Care Aides who are competent and well-trained to provide you with premium care.

    Specialty Services

    We have signature programs that focus on specific client populations such as those with Cognitive Impairments and Intellectual Disabilities. Our care experts are certified in Dementia Care, and we have several nurses on board who can provide training and education as needed.

    Consultation Services

    Ask us about our FREE consultation. Our agency provides ongoing care consultation and referrals to appropriate healthcare providers.

Payment

We are in-network with any of the Commonwealth Coordinated Care Plus (CCC) insurances under Virginia Medicaid, including:

Molina Complete Care
Optima Health Community Care
UnitedHealthcare Community Plan
Virginia Premier Health Plan
Department of Veteran Affairs Community Care Network

We also participate in other long-term care insurance programs and can bill them directly. We are credentialed by LTCG, the largest third party LTC insurance administrator in the industry that serves over 50 national insurance companies, including every one of the top 10 long term care insurers.

All services being offered are available on a self-pay basis.
