We carefully select our personal care aides (PCAs) because we recognize that there is no shortcut in taking care of another human being. We believe in treating each concern with the utmost importance, and we relentlessly pursue proactive solutions to problems affecting our client’s safety, health, and well-being. At Premium Care USA, we do not view our client as “just another patient.” We treat each one like a family member.

Transitioning from hospital to home can be a challenging experience, both for the hospital discharge planner and the patient. A patient may continue to require healthcare services in the home until full recovery is achieved. While Premium Care USA does not provide skilled services currently, we are able to recommend several partner agencies. If the client is eligible for home-based care under Medicaid Waiver, has private long-term care insurance, or can self-pay for services, we are able to assist! PCA Classes Coming Soon
Our personal care aides (PCAs) are the true representatives of the kind of service that we provide to our clients, and it is important for them to constantly reflect the core values of our company. They undergo the most rigorous selection process and are regularly supervised by our Registered Nurses (RNs) once hired. Additionally, they complete a mandatory monthly in-service as part of their continuing education and professional development activities.
