Founded on March 10, 2015, in a modest office in Vienna, VA, Premium Care USA has grown steadily and purposefully, guided by a clear mission: to provide world-class caregiving services tailored to the unique needs of every individual. Today, the organization boasts two thriving branches in Fairfax, VA, and Rockville, MD, and employs hundreds of caregivers and team members—all united by a single vision: to deliver premium care to those who need it most.

The anniversary celebration was graced by dignitaries from the Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C., with Consul General Donna Rodriguez serving as the event's guest speaker, alongside leaders from partner organizations, community partners, clients, caregivers, and stakeholders—each a vital thread in the tapestry of Premium Care USA’s success story. Margaret Lacson-Ecarma, the mother of one of the clients who has been with Premium Care USA since the beginning, served as the night's inspirational speaker, touching everyone's hearts with her story of gratitude for the excellent services her son has received since he was in his teens.
